Writing daily and weekly reports is probably the task salespeople dislike the most but can't avoid. What used to take 20 minutes of scrambling for content now takes 10 seconds to confirm — that's the Tuji AI Reporting feature.
Where to Access It
In the Tuji desktop app, click "AI Reports" in the left menu. In the mobile app, tap the "Write Report" floating button on the home screen. The system automatically reads all your follow-up records for the day and generates report content.
AI Report Content Structure
The generated report includes the following structured content:
- Key Customers Today: Which customers you contacted today and what stage each is at.
- Requirement Progress: Whether customer requirements have been updated and whether new requirements have been raised.
- Follow-Up Actions: Specific actions agreed upon today (quotations, demos, sending materials).
- Issues Identified: Concerns raised by customers and areas where manager support is needed.
- Tomorrow's Plan: Priority and schedule for next-step follow-ups.
Differences Between Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
Select different report types and AI automatically adjusts the time range and level of detail:
- Daily Report: Records from the current day, focusing on today's highlights and tomorrow's plan.
- Weekly Report: Summary of the past 7 days, with added stage progress and trend analysis.
- Monthly Report: Full-month data, with added milestone events and deal analysis.
Editing and Exporting
AI-generated reports can be copied to enterprise OA systems (such as DingTalk, WeCom) with one click. You can also edit and save them directly within Tuji. Generated reports are automatically archived under "Report History" and can be accessed at any time.
Better Quality Than Hand-Written Reports
Because AI reads from actual follow-up records rather than content you piece together from memory, AI-generated reports are more objective, more comprehensive, and more structured than hand-written ones. Moreover, each report is a secondary review of historical records, which also invisibly helps you reflect on and improve your work.
