TUJI respects and protects your personal information

TUJI understands the importance of personal information to you. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations, we will take strict security measures to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information, as well as the rights you enjoy.

Information Collection

We strictly follow the 'minimum necessity' principle stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, collecting only the information necessary to provide you with our services.

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact information: phone number, email address, used for account registration, password recovery, and receiving service notifications
  • Basic profile: nickname, avatar (optional), used for account display
  • Form information, edited customer profiles, and message content you voluntarily fill in while using TUJI

1.2 Information Automatically Collected During Service Use

  • Device information: device model, OS version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers (used for security risk control and service stability)
  • Log information: feature usage records, operation behavior logs, crash logs, used for troubleshooting and product improvement
  • Performance data: application response time, page load speed, helping us continuously optimize the experience

1.3 Content You Upload

The following is data you actively upload to TUJI. We process it only on your behalf with your authorization and do not claim ownership of such content:

  • WeChat chat screenshots, phone recording files
  • Meeting notes, business card photos
  • Customer contact information, follow-up records
  • Other documents, images, and audio files you upload or import through TUJI

1.4 Contact List Information

If you choose to import your contact list, TUJI will use it solely for the purpose of automatically identifying customer information. We will not use contact list information for other purposes or share it with third parties. Importing contacts requires your separate authorization and can be disabled in settings at any time.

1.5 Location Information

You can disable location permissions in your device settings. TUJI does not obtain your location information by default. If you choose to enable it, it is used for location-based service features such as 'Nearby Customers'.

1.6 Information Collected by Third-party SDKs

To ensure proper service operation, TUJI may obtain necessary information through the following methods with your knowledge and consent:

  • Crash log statistics (for troubleshooting)
  • Message push notifications (for service notifications)

Information Usage

The information we collect is used only for the following purposes and will not be used for purposes beyond the original collection intent:

2.1 Service Provision

  • Providing core features such as customer information collection, AI analysis, profile management, and daily report generation
  • Syncing data across devices to ensure a consistent experience on different terminals
  • Sending service status notifications and account security alerts

2.2 System Operations & Maintenance

  • Monitoring service status, quickly identifying and resolving issues
  • Performing security risk control, detecting and preventing abnormal account behavior

2.3 Feature Improvement

  • Analyzing product usage data to understand user behavior and optimize the experience
  • Researching and launching new features

2.4 Personalized Recommendations

We provide personalized feature recommendations and content display based on your usage habits. If you prefer not to receive personalized recommendations, you can turn off the 'Personalized Recommendations' switch in Settings → Privacy Settings. After disabling, you can still use all of TUJI's features normally.

2.5 Important Statement: User-uploaded Data Will Not Be Used for AI Model Training

All data you upload (including but not limited to chat screenshots, recording files, and documents) is used solely to provide you with the intended services. We commit to the following:

  • We will not use user data for any AI model training or optimization
  • We will not provide user data to any third party for model training in any form
  • We will not use user data for commercial purposes unrelated to your use of the service

Information Storage

3.1 Storage Location

Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions). If data transfer outside the territory is required for business purposes, we will fulfill the relevant legal procedures in accordance with the law.

3.2 Retention Period

  • We will retain your personal information for the duration of your account's existence
  • After you deactivate your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period (not exceeding 30 business days), unless otherwise required by laws and regulations
  • If certain information requires extended retention due to statutory requirements, we will use it only for statutory purposes and will not process it otherwise

3.3 Security Measures

We adopt the following technical and administrative measures to protect your data security:

  • Transmission encryption: site-wide HTTPS encrypted transmission
  • Storage encryption: sensitive data encrypted with AES-256
  • Access control: strict role-based permission management with the principle of least privilege
  • Audit logs: recording key data access and operations, traceable and auditable
  • Security testing: regular security vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
  • Emergency plans: data security incident response plans in place for timely response and handling

Information Sharing

4.1 Sharing Principles

We adhere to the 'minimum necessity' principle — we do not share unless required, and we do not share beyond the service purpose.

4.2 Legally Required Sharing

In the following circumstances, we may provide your information when required by law or by competent authorities, without further notice:

  • Cooperating with judicial authorities for lawful data requests
  • Cooperating with regulatory authorities in fulfilling regulatory duties
  • When necessary to protect national interests, public interests, or the personal and property safety of others

4.3 Transfer During Mergers & Restructuring

If TUJI undergoes significant changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset restructuring, we will notify you in advance via push notifications, in-app announcements, or email, and clearly identify the new data controller. You have the right to deactivate your account and request deletion of your personal information.

4.4 Affiliate Sharing

We may share necessary information with TUJI's affiliates, strictly limited to the following purposes:

  • Necessary information for providing customer service
  • Unified security and risk control management

The scope of sharing is strictly limited. Affiliates may not use shared information for other purposes.

4.5 Important Statement: We Do Not Sell or Rent User Data to Advertisers

We solemnly commit: TUJI will not sell, rent, or provide your personal information in any form to advertisers, marketing agencies, or any third party for advertising purposes. We do not monetize user data — our revenue model is a transparent product subscription service.

User Rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

5.1 Right to Access

You have the right to access your personal information held by TUJI. After logging in, go to Settings → Account Information to view your basic profile; go to Customer Profiles to view all customer data you have entered.

5.2 Right to Correction

If your personal information is inaccurate, you have the right to request correction. Go to Settings → Account Information to make corrections yourself; to correct information in customer profiles, go to the corresponding customer detail page to edit.

5.3 Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, through the following methods:

  • Manual deletion: you can delete uploaded chat screenshots, documents, and other files yourself
  • Account deactivation deletion: deactivating your account will trigger deletion of all personal information
  • Manual deletion request: please contact us through the contact information at the end of this document

5.4 Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw your previously granted authorization through the following methods:

  • Disable location permissions: Phone System Settings → TUJI → Location
  • Disable contact list access: Phone System Settings → TUJI → Contacts
  • Disable personalized recommendations: TUJI app Settings → Privacy Settings → Personalized Recommendations

Please note: certain personal information is essential for providing the service. Withdrawing consent for this information will result in the related features becoming unavailable.

5.5 Right to Account Deactivation

You can deactivate your TUJI account at any time via: app Settings → Account Security → Deactivate Account. After deactivation, all services will immediately stop, and all your personal information will be deleted within 15 business days. Please back up important data in advance — it cannot be recovered after deactivation.

5.6 Response Time

We commit to completing identity verification and responding to your rights requests within 15 business days. If the issue is complex and requires an extension, the total processing time will not exceed 30 business days.

Minor Protection

6.1 Service Target Statement

TUJI's products and services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and above. We explicitly do not provide services to minors under the age of 14, nor do we intentionally collect personal information from minors under 14.

6.2 Minor Information Handling

If we reasonably discover that a user is a minor under 14, we will immediately stop collecting their information and delete all related data already collected.

6.3 Parental Guardianship

If you are a minor under 18, please read this policy with your parents or guardian, and use TUJI services only after obtaining guardian consent.

Third-party SDK Information

To ensure the proper operation of TUJI's core features, we use the following third-party SDKs, which may collect device information with your consent:

Analytics

Umeng Analytics (CNZZ): used to analyze product usage and help us optimize the experience. We have required the SDK provider to sign a confidentiality agreement and not to use the collected data for its own commercial purposes.

Push Notifications

JPush: used to send you service notifications and account security alerts. Getui: used for message push services.

Audio/Video Processing

iFlytek Speech-to-Text: used for call recording transcription features.

Map Services

Amap (Gaode Maps) SDK: if you enable location features, used for nearby customer display.

Policy Updates

8.1 Update Notifications

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance through the following methods:

  • In-app push notifications
  • In-app announcements
  • Email to your registered address

The updated Privacy Policy takes effect from the date of publication.

8.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

After this policy is updated, if you continue to use TUJI services, you are deemed to have accepted the updated policy.

8.3 Historical Versions

We archive previous versions of the Privacy Policy. If you need to review an older version, please contact us through the contact information at the end of this document.
