Please read these terms carefully before using TUJI

Welcome to TUJI. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and TUJI regarding your use of TUJI services. Please read and understand these terms in their entirety before using TUJI services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use TUJI services. By registering an account or beginning to use TUJI services, you agree to all of these terms.

Service Description

1.1 About TUJI

TUJI is an AI-powered sales data asset management system that provides customer information collection, AI intelligent analysis, customer profile management, automatic daily report generation, and other services to help sales professionals and teams manage customer relationships more efficiently.

TUJI provides services through the following platforms:

  • Windows/macOS desktop client
  • Web browser (online access)
  • iOS App (iPhone/iPad)
  • Android App (phone/tablet)

1.2 Service Scope

TUJI provides the following core services:

  • AI identification and extraction of customer information from WeChat chat screenshots, phone recordings, business card photos, meeting documents, and other channels
  • Creation, editing, and management of structured customer profiles
  • AI analysis and summarization of sales follow-up records
  • AI automatic generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Cross-device data synchronization
  • Enterprise edition additional features: team customer management, sales data dashboards, permission configuration, and other team collaboration features

1.3 Right to Modify Services

TUJI reserves the following rights without prior notice:

  • Adjust, upgrade, replace, or discontinue some or all features
  • Perform routine or emergency maintenance on the service
  • Adjust pricing models and pricing structures based on business development
  • Restrict or terminate free users' access to certain premium features

In the event of significant service changes, we will notify you via client notifications, email, or website announcements.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Requirements

You need to register an account before using TUJI services. The following information is required during registration:

  • A valid phone number (for receiving verification codes and completing registration)
  • Set a password
  • Other information as needed for specific features (name, company, etc.)

You agree: registration information is true and valid; one person per account, not using the same information to register multiple accounts; and keeping registration information updated to maintain its accuracy.

2.2 Account Security Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activities under your account:

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly; do not share your password with others
  • Do not lend or transfer your account to others
  • If you discover your account has been stolen or accessed abnormally, immediately reset your password through "Forgot Password" and contact us for verification

2.3 Account Lending & Transfer

Your TUJI account is for your personal use only. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Registering under someone else's name by borrowing or renting
  • Transferring, assigning, or gifting your account (except for enterprise account team transfers)
  • Using your account for profit-making activities

Violation of these rules entitles TUJI to freeze or deactivate the account without notice.

2.4 Account Recovery

If you forget your password, reset it by receiving a verification code via your registered phone number. If phone verification is not possible, contact us with identity proof for manual recovery.

User Conduct

When using TUJI services, the following actions are prohibited:

3.1 Legal Violations

  • Violating the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
  • Endangering national security, honor, and interests
  • Promoting terrorism or extremism
  • Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining national unity

3.2 Fraud & False Information

  • Using TUJI services to commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activities
  • Spreading false information, rumors, or defamatory content
  • Impersonating other individuals or organizations

3.3 Infringement of Others' Rights

  • Infringing upon others' privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, intellectual property rights, and other lawful rights
  • Collecting, storing, or processing others' personal information without authorization
  • Uploading others' private or sensitive information

3.4 Security Threats

  • Uploading files containing viruses, trojans, or malicious code
  • Unauthorized scanning, penetration, or intrusion into the TUJI system
  • Sending spam, harassment messages, or phishing links

3.5 Commercial Prohibitions

  • Unauthorized commercial advertising
  • Using automated tools to batch-operate TUJI services
  • Using TUJI services to drive traffic for third parties or conduct commercial promotion (except for enterprise team collaboration purposes)

3.6 Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling TUJI products
  • Removing or circumventing TUJI's copyright notices and technical protection measures
  • Using TUJI services to engage in any activity that harms TUJI's interests

Violation of the above terms entitles TUJI to permanently or temporarily freeze your account and terminate services without prior notice, and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Intellectual Property

4.1 TUJI Product Copyright

TUJI products (including but not limited to client software, website interface design, AI models, algorithms, data structures, text content, icons, and brand elements) are protected by copyright, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned by TUJI.

Without written authorization from TUJI, no one may:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute TUJI products
  • Reverse engineer or decompile TUJI products
  • Use TUJI's brand names or logos for non-TUJI products or services
  • Remove or alter TUJI's copyright notices

4.2 User Uploaded Content

All content you upload through TUJI (including but not limited to: chat screenshots, audio recordings, documents, business card photos, customer information, follow-up records) remains your property. TUJI does not claim any rights to such content.

You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe upon any third party's lawful rights. If any third-party complaints or legal disputes arise from your uploaded content, you shall bear full responsibility.

4.3 Service Feedback

TUJI has the right to use any opinions, suggestions, or feedback you provide during your use of the service for product improvement purposes, free of charge and without any obligation to you.

Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing Model

TUJI offers the following editions:

Specific prices are subject to the prices displayed on the official website or within the client. Enterprise pricing is customized based on company size and requirements; please contact our sales team.

5.2 Price Changes

TUJI reserves the right to adjust service prices. When prices change:

  • At least 7 business days advance notice via client notification or email
  • Current subscribers are not affected during their current subscription period
  • Renewals are charged at the new price

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Personal Pro: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if product features significantly differ from the description; no refunds after 7 days, but you may cancel auto-renewal
  • Enterprise: As specified in the contract
  • Consumed service time is not eligible for pro-rated refunds
  • For refund requests, please contact customer service with your account and purchase proof for manual review

Service Availability

6.1 Availability Statement

TUJI does not guarantee 100% service availability. We commit to making best efforts to ensure stable service operation, targeting 99.5% monthly uptime. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to network conditions, equipment failures, force majeure, or other causes. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary service interruptions.

6.2 Routine Maintenance

  • Planned maintenance: 72 hours advance notice via client notification or email; maintenance windows are typically scheduled between 02:00-06:00 (Beijing Time)
  • Unplanned emergency maintenance: No advance notice required for security vulnerabilities or critical failures that need immediate attention, but the reason will be explained afterwards

6.3 Force Majeure

TUJI is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by the following:

  • Force majeure events: natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions
  • Telecommunications carrier network failures
  • Hacker attacks, malicious programs, viruses
  • Your own equipment or network issues

6.4 AI Feature Disclaimer

TUJI's AI analysis, AI generation, AI recognition, and other AI-based features are powered by artificial intelligence technology. Generated results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice, business decision-making basis, or legal opinions. You should independently assess the accuracy of results and bear the risk of use.

Disclaimers

7.1 User Uploaded Content

All content you upload through TUJI (customer information, documents, images, recordings, etc.) is your sole responsibility. You warrant that uploaded content is lawfully sourced, does not infringe upon third-party rights, and does not contain harmful programs, viruses, or malicious links. If any third-party complaints, claims, or legal disputes arise from your uploaded content, you shall bear full responsibility, and TUJI assumes no liability.

7.2 Violation of Terms

If you violate any terms of this agreement, you shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from your improper use of TUJI services.

7.3 AI Analysis Results

TUJI's AI analysis, AI summaries, AI recommendations, and other such features are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional legal advice, financial advice, sales advice, or any form of warranty or guarantee. You should make independent judgments based on your own circumstances, and TUJI assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI results.

7.4 Third-Party Links

TUJI services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. Third-party content and services are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. TUJI assumes no responsibility for third-party content and services.

7.5 Data Backup Reminder

We recommend that you regularly back up important data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any losses caused by data loss.

Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 TUJI's Right to Terminate

TUJI reserves the right to permanently or temporarily freeze or terminate your account without prior notice if you engage in any of the following:

  • Violating any provisions of the user conduct section of this agreement
  • Infringing upon TUJI's or third parties' lawful rights
  • Engaging in fraud, suspected fraud, or illegal activities
  • Malicious accounts (multiple accounts, false information registration)

8.2 Data Processing After Account Termination

After account termination:

  • You will be unable to log in, and all features will immediately cease
  • TUJI will delete your personal information within a reasonable period (no more than 30 business days), except where laws and regulations require retention
  • TUJI is not liable for any losses caused by account termination

8.3 User's Right to Deactivate

You may deactivate your TUJI account at any time via the client: Settings → Account Security → Deactivate Account. Before deactivation, please ensure:

  • You have backed up important data
  • You understand that data will be deleted after deactivation and cannot be recovered

8.4 Appeal Channel

If you disagree with the freezing or termination of your account, you may send an appeal to legal@tujicrm.com. We will process your appeal within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement or TUJI services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court at TUJI's registered location.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall remain effective to the extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
