Traditional CRM query works like this: select field -> select condition -> enter value -> search. Tuji's query works like this: you speak, AI finds. How big is this difference? You'll know after just one try.
Query Entry Points
In the Tuji client, use the search bar at the top, or click the "Conversational Query" tab, and simply type your question. Supported on both mobile and desktop.
Common Query Patterns
Here are some examples for frequently used scenarios:
Query by Person
"Mr. Zhang's chat records with me from last month" -> returns all related follow-up records for that client
Query by Time Range
"Which clients were contacted this week" -> returns the list of clients with follow-up activity this week
Query by Keyword
"Who mentioned the budget is not enough" -> returns all clients who mentioned "budget is not enough"
Query by Status
"Clients still negotiating price" -> returns clients in the price negotiation stage
What You Can Do with Query Results
- Click to view details: jump to the client profile and view the complete follow-up timeline
- One-click add to today's follow-ups: add this client to today's follow-up plan
- Create a new follow-up record directly: add new follow-up content right from the query results page
How to Make Queries More Accurate?
Queries use natural language — the more specific, the more accurate. Vague questions (e.g., "client status") will return broad results. Specific questions (e.g., "who scheduled a call with me last week") will return precise results. As you use Tuji over time, the AI gains a deeper understanding of your client data, and query results become increasingly accurate.
Not Search, But Understanding
Traditional search requires you to enter keywords, and the system matches text. Conversational query means the AI understands your intent, then finds all relevant information in the client database. Even if you ask "that client who said they'd think about it last time," the AI can understand who you're referring to.
