Changed Your Phone Number? Here's How to Recover Your Account

3 min read

Changing your phone number is a common situation. Below are solutions for different scenarios:

Changed Phone Number, Cannot Log In

If your original phone number can no longer receive verification codes, please recover your account through the following methods:

  • On the login page, click "Cannot Receive Verification Code" -> "Account Recovery"
  • Enter the email address used during registration, and the system will send an account recovery link
  • Or contact customer service, providing the name, company name, and commonly used email from registration, and customer service will assist with identity verification

Binding a New Phone Number

After logging in to Tuji, go to "Settings" -> "Account Security" -> "Phone Binding" to unbind the original phone number and bind a new one. Unbinding requires verification of the original phone number or email.

If the original phone number is no longer accessible, please contact customer service for assistance.

Can Data from Two Accounts Be Merged?

If you have two accounts (registered with two phone numbers) and want to merge the data:

  • Personal Edition: Data from two accounts cannot be automatically merged at this time, but you can manually export and then re-import
  • Enterprise Edition: Contact your administrator to have them transfer your client profiles to the other account via the admin backend

Enterprise Edition Administrator Permission Changes

If an administrator leaves and administrator permissions need to be changed, please contact Tuji customer service, providing the enterprise name, administrator name, and phone number. Customer service will assist with the administrator change.
