What Data Sources Does Tuji Support? Can I Use Chat Tools Beyond WeChat?

3 min read

Tuji's "Four-Source Data Collection" refers to four different methods of collecting client information. Currently, the following four sources are supported:

Four-Source Data Collection Details

  • WeChat Chat Records: Upload WeChat conversation screenshots, and the AI automatically identifies client information within them
  • Phone Recordings: Import phone recording files, and the AI transcribes and extracts key information
  • Business Card Photos: Photograph a business card, and the AI automatically recognizes the text and generates a profile
  • Manual Entry: Directly input client information, suitable for scenarios such as exchanging business cards face-to-face

Support for WeCom, DingTalk, Feishu, and Other Tools

Chat records from enterprise communication tools such as WeCom, DingTalk, and Feishu are essentially no different from regular WeChat — they are all screenshots of text. You can use the screenshot import method to upload WeCom/DingTalk conversation screenshots to Tuji, with the same effect as WeChat chat records.

For DingTalk group/WeCom group chat records, group message screenshots are also supported for import.

Email, SMS, and Other Unstructured Data

Direct email or SMS binding for automatic synchronization is not currently supported. If you have important email content that needs to be recorded, we recommend taking a screenshot and uploading it through the "WeChat Chat Records" entry point for automatic AI recognition.

Future Support Plans

Tuji is advancing deep integration with WeCom and DingTalk, and is expected to support automatic chat record synchronization via direct API connections in upcoming versions. At that point, screenshots will no longer be needed as data will sync automatically. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for the latest updates.
