WeChat is the primary channel for sales-to-customer communication, yet many valuable customer insights are scattered across chat histories and never systematically managed. Tuji lets you import WeChat chat screenshots directly, and AI automatically recognizes and extracts key information.
Step 1: Take Screenshots
In a WeChat conversation, long-press an important message, select "Multi-select," check the messages you want to import, then take screenshots and save them to your photo library. We recommend importing 10–50 screenshots at a time, covering a complete topic or a full follow-up process with a customer.
Step 2: Upload to Tuji
Open the Tuji client (desktop or mobile), click "Collect" → "WeChat Chat History" in the left menu, and import the screenshots from your photo library or files. Batch uploading multiple screenshots at once is supported.
Step 3: AI Auto-Recognition
After uploading, AI analyzes all screenshots within seconds and extracts the following information:
- Customer name (the other party's nickname or remark name)
- Customer company / job title (if mentioned)
- Customer needs and pain points
- Decision chain information (who makes the decisions)
- Budget and timeline (if mentioned)
- Solutions the customer has clearly rejected
- Action plans agreed upon by both parties
Step 4: Confirm and Generate Profile
AI recognition results are displayed as cards. You can review and correct each item, then click "Confirm and Save" to automatically generate a structured customer profile.
The generated profile is automatically linked to your customer list. You can later use the "Conversation Search" feature at any time to find this customer's records using natural language.
A Real-World Example
After a trade show, a salesperson connected with a client on WeChat and had intermittent conversations over the following two weeks about product requirements, pricing comparisons, and the decision-making chain. By importing 20 chat screenshots into Tuji all at once, AI identified: the customer's company was XX Technology, the key decision-maker was Mr. Zhang, the budget range was 100,000–150,000, and the competitor was XX Company. When the deal was finally closed, the salesperson found that the information extracted by AI was even more accurate than their own memory.
