Photograph a Business Card
In the Tuji client, click "Collect" → "Business Card Photo" and point the camera at the business card to take a photo. Single-shot mode and continuous multi-shot batch mode are both supported.
Tips for best results: ensure adequate lighting, keep the card flat, and make sure the text is clear. No professional scanning needed — a quick phone photo works just fine.
AI Auto-Recognition
After the photo is taken, AI automatically recognizes and extracts the following within 3–5 seconds:
- Name
- Company name
- Job title
- Phone number
- Company address
- Company website (if available)
Confirm and Create Profile
Recognition results are displayed as a form. Review and correct them, then click "Confirm" to automatically generate a customer profile. At the same time, the business card photo is saved as an attachment for future reference.
What if recognition is inaccurate?
AI recognition accuracy is above 95%, but accuracy may decrease if the business card has the following issues: blurry printing, signature-style fonts, handwritten content, or incomplete information. You can manually correct the results before saving.
